The months of searching, hair pulling, and stress have paid off– I’ve found a new job! Starting mid-July, I’ll be taking over as Stewardship and Advancement Coordinator for the Department of Chemistry. I’m so excited– the position seems like a great match and I’m so excited about the opportunity.

It looks like the dryspell might be coming to an end though. We saw Toy Story 3 last night and it was excellent, plus there are a couple of movies coming out in 2010 that I’m super stoked for.

Somewhere isn’t coming out until December, but I’m already getting excited. I really like Stephen Dorff and though Sofia Copolla gets a little too hipster/waifish for my liking, it definitely is showing a lot of promise.

Easy A just looks like it’ll be so fun. The updated Scarlet Letter plot seems like a strong start and I love Emma Stone.
